It’s a fun challenge to find restaurants where we can share a delicious meal together.

We’ve learned to navigate our dietary preferences and needs on land. We’ve had a great time applying those tips and tricks to dining on cruise ships as we travel around the world.

Cruising is now a part of our lifestyle. A cruise has so many of our favorite elements; travel, live music, dancing, amazing entertainment, delicious international food, and the chance to meet interesting and fun people.

We met while Swing Dancing in 2014. (Technically, it’s a dance called Lindy Hop, but to keep it simple, we say swing dancing). We went to lunch and discovered we loved all types of cuisines from around the world.

We live in Los Angeles, where if you’re willing to be adventurous, your taste buds can travel around the world sampling authentic, delectable, and delicious meals from faraway countries. 

In January 2020, we joined a large group of swing dancers for a Birthday Cruise to Mexico to celebrate our friend Jaime’s Birthday. That Carnival cruise planted a “cruising seed” which took root during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2021, when travel restrictions were loosened and cruises were available again, we joined our friend David for a Halloween-Themed Cruise on the Disney Magic.

With 2 cruise lines under our belt, we were eager to try another one, so we sailed on the Norwegian Bliss to Alaska and discovered another level of dining & cruising.

We kept seeing the Crown & Anchor logo on ships when we were in port, so it was inevitable that a Royal Caribbean cruise was in our future. We boarded the Navigator of the Seas for a Mexican Riviera Cruise and we found our home ship.

In September 2022, while on a weekend cruise to Mexico, we had an outrageous idea to go on a cruise every month. Challenge Accepted!

Most of our friends and family think we’re crazy, but we’re starting to convert a few of them to the cruise life. Plus, we’ve met quite a few frequent cruisers who have become dear friends of ours.

With monthly cruises on our calendar, we’ve ordered T-Shirts to celebrate birthdays and other fun events onboard our ships. We were not always happy with the quality of the shirts we ordered. We also heard the same complaint from other cruisers.

We decided to create a T-Shirt company focused on cruise celebrations with products we would be proud to wear and recommend. That’s how Luxury Cruise T-Shirts was born.

Our passion is to share the favorite elements of our lives with our friends. We teach swing dancing, throw karaoke parties, host dinner parties, share our tips on cruising around the world, and encourage people to start a business which centers around their passions!
